Enrichment Workshops

Designed in partnership with Shanti Enrichment Series to enhance the life and spirit of your yoga practice.

The enrichment programs are add-on programs for those who already hold a fitness certification, or the individual who desires more in depth knowledge to enhance or restart their physical training.

Teachers Dozen - The study of over a dozen basic yoga postures as well as the Sun Salutation Series taught within a yoga class.  This workshop equips one with a basic understanding to enter a yoga class with a foundation of the main postures.

Pose Anatomy
-
The workshop includes a workbook of more than 50 yoga postures.  Learn proper body alignment, advanced techniques and pose modifications. 

Pose Anatomy Series
studies body alignment,  pose modifications and advanced techniques.
Salutation Dance Series teaches the history of salutations and variations.
Standing and Twisting Series
studies extra add-on applications to enhance each pose.
All Balance Series
develops leg and arm balance stability and strength.
Seated to Supine with Inversions
focuses on ways to bring your practice to a close while still maintaining focus.

Yoga Power Practice Mini Classes
Energy Flow -Fuse breath styles and flow creating an energetic non-stop practice.
Liquid Movement
– Blend yoga poses and pilates exercises creating graceful rhythm. 
Yoga Sculpt
- Increase strength using light hand weights, longer holds, slower flow and full body core stabilization postures creating a strong heat-building practice.

Yoga Flow Foundation – Create personal rhythm and flow while assisting one another in developing fluid yoga movement.


Rhythms of Grace – Connect with your spirit learning tools to enhance and build a stronger personal practice.  Unite and gracefully blend your yoga thorough breath, music and meditation.

Yoga Dott – Incorporating limitless space “a round” your mat and beyond.  Learn a series of foundational sequences and movement techniques that invigorate the body and open awareness to encompass your overall being.

Pilates Mat Training Workshop -
Create rhythm and develop core strength through the basic pilates mat fundamentals and exercises.  Focus on core stabilization, alignment and technique in this 8 session training.  Incorporates all components of a pilates mat certification.

Revolution Training – Fuse group cycling with the discipline of yoga creating a greater awareness on the bike and off your mat.  Receive 3 interchangeable 3 0 minute yoga class formats.  Learn Sun salutation series and specific flow technique developed to balance your cycle routine.  Formats focused on endurance, strength and speed rides.  Class benefits cycle instructor or active rider.
